<1>Time of Warranty:
The Limited Warranty Period starts from the date of purchase.
If the expired date of Warranty is within National Holiday, it will be extended to the next day.
<2>Proof of Warranty:
Your sales-receipt and WARRANTY CARD (Affixed authorized reseller's seal will be required).
If no any Proof, The Limited Warranty Period starts from the date of Manufacturing.
The date of Manufacturing will be identified according to your serial number(S/N) for verification.

For eligible xpPhone, you have up to 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Once we receive your item(s), the refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

2.For the machine exceed the expired date of warranty, we charge little fees for our service case by case only. Etc: freight cost, Handling Fee, parts cost.

Please be aware that the following items are not covered under the global warranty:
●Failure to present a warranty card when receiving warranty service;
●Man-made damage and scratches to the product shell;
●Altered warranty card or illegible date;
●The product is obtained via illegal sources;
●The phone or its spare parts have exceeded the warranty period;
●Any malfunction or damage due to failure to follow the operating specifications specified in the user manual or improper installation, preservation and use;
●Any malfunction or damage due to installation, repair, alteration or teardown carried out by the service centers or personnel unauthorized by ITG (The product warranty label is broken, damaged or missing);
●Any malfunction or damage due to use of the spare parts unauthorized by ITG;
●The serial number label on the machine or spare parts is torn up artificially or the serial number is inconsistent;
●Any malfunction or damage due to other accidental factors or man-made reasons (including computer viruses, careless handling, extrusion, scratches (scrapes), impact, crashes, high temperature, high humidity, liquid intrusion, use of inappropriate voltage, non-original batteries and adapters, stains, corrosion, etc.);
●Any malfunction or damage due to force majeure reasons (such as earthquakes, fires, riots etc.)
