2. How do I place order?
It takes only some simple steps: click the xpPhone; Choose the version (EVDO or WCDMA) and SSD(8G,16G or 32G); Click the buy now; Pay it by paypal online directly or pay by wire transfer offline; After receipt of your payment proof, our Custom Service will contact you about the preparation of product and dispatch status of DHL by email export@xpphone.cn
3. Which payment methods do you offer?
We accept the payment methods of paypal or Wire Transfer.
4. Which shipping way do you offer?
We default the shipping way of DHL. If DHL does not reach to your part, please kindly inform us beforehand. When parcels are shipped out, tracking numbers will be offered for you to check status of the delivery at courier service provider website.
5. Are the prices shown including shipping charge or not?
No, the prices are retail prices without shipping.
6. How much the shipping charge is?
Shipping cost depends on your order quantity and your location. If you purchase online by paypal, the shipping cost is set and included to the total amount. If paid by wire transfer, please kindly advice your location, the items you are expecting and the quantity, accordingly we can quote you the total price including shipping.
7. When should I expect my merchandise when payment is arranged?
Your merchandise will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving cleared payment. (Except weekends and holidays).It always takes about 4 to 7 days for you to receive them.
But sometimes, on account of shortage of our products, then it will take one month or more to reproduce. Please make the time allowance for us to prepare it.
